Job description
Muthoot Mercantile is seeking an Assistant Human Resource Manager to support the HR Manager in executing day-to-day human resource operations and ensuring efficient workforce management across the organization. The role involves assisting with end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition, coordinating onboarding and induction programs for new employees, maintaining employee records and HR documentation, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The selected candidate will help implement HR policies and procedures, support employee relations activities, coordinate employee engagement initiatives, and organize learning and development programs to enhance workforce capability. The position also includes assisting in the performance management and appraisal process, preparing HR reports and documentation, monitoring employee retention initiatives, and collaborating with different departments to resolve HR-related issues. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, be proficient in Hindi, and have the ability to maintain confidentiality while handling employee information. Candidates with experience in the NBFC sector will have an added advantage. Immediate joiners are preferred.
