The HRBP will act as the primary point of contact for employees and managers, ensuring seamless day-to-day HR operations, driving people initiatives, enabling managers, and guiding teams on HR policies and processes. The ideal candidate should have strong stakeholder management skills, hands-on HR operations experience, and the ability to translate business needs into effective people practices. Understand business priorities and proactively design HR interventions to support growth and performance. Partner with managers to address team dynamics, employee concerns, and workplace issues. Handle day-to-day employee queries, grievances, and escalations with timely resolution. Drive engagement initiatives and action plans to improve team morale. Conduct one-on-one meetings, skip-level discussions, and stay interviews to gauge employee sentiment. Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies across Engineering/BPO verticals. Review and guide teams on policy interpretation, exceptions, and compliance. Support onboarding, probation reviews, confirmations, and exit processes. Work closely with Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, and HR Operations teams to ensure error-free execution. Coach and guide leads and managers on people management practices. Facilitate goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual performance cycles for assigned verticals. Track talent movement, promotions, role changes, and succession pipelines. Ensure adherence to company policies and internal compliance requirements. Maintain documentation, case logs, and audit-ready HR records. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred. 8–10 years of experience in HRBP or HR Generalist roles, ideally supporting Engineering/BPO or similar fast-paced teams. Skills & Competencies: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with discretion. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to influence without authority and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Excellent verbal and written communication, stakeholder management, high ownership, responsiveness, and service-oriented approach.
