Role & Responsibilities: Workforce Planning: Maintain 100% Front-Line Sales (FLS) manning levels across regional branches. Identify top talent using LinkedIn, Naukri, and niche job boards. Recruitment Efficiency: Reduce Offer Release Turnaround Time (TAT) to streamline hiring workflows. Conduct initial resume screening, phone interviews, and behavioral assessments. Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria. Track and report weekly recruitment metrics using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Preferred Candidate Profile: Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment. Education: MBA/PGDM. Role: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition - Other. Industry Type: Insurance.
