Job Title: Tekla Project Lead / Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager. Experience: 8+ years. Role & Responsibilities: Lead and manage structural steel detailing projects using Tekla Structures. Work extensively with US/American Standards (AISC) for steel detailing and project execution. Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and provide technical support. Ensure project quality, accuracy, and timely delivery while adhering to project schedules. Supervise and mentor project teams, assigning tasks and monitoring progress. Review structural models and drawings for compliance with client specifications and quality standards. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring cost, quality, and timeline objectives are met. Collaborate with internal engineering and design teams for smooth project execution. Resolve technical issues related to structural detailing and project implementation. Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation. Demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, and project management capabilities to ensure successful project completion.
