Job description
At Recove Ventures Private Limited, we are building a scalable, sustainability-driven plastic recycling operation and are looking for a Research Development Engineer with strong expertise in polymers, pigments, and extrusion processes. The selected candidate will handle batch mixing and pigment/masterbatch blending to achieve consistent product quality. The role involves operating, monitoring, and optimizing extrusion processes for efficient production. The candidate will determine the correct mix ratios for polymers, pigments, and masterbatches to ensure consistent color, quality, and product performance. Responsibilities include working closely on plastic granule production, conducting quality control activities, identifying and resolving production challenges, and improving manufacturing efficiency. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in plastics, granules, extrusion, or recycling operations, along with a strong understanding of polymer science and polymer engineering principles. Experience in pigment mixing, masterbatch usage, and compounding is essential. The company is seeking a practical, detail-oriented professional who enjoys solving real production challenges and has experience working in recycling or plastic compounding setups.
