Key Responsibilities: Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects. Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements. Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality checks to ensure data accuracy. Recommend process improvements using data-driven insights. Required Skills: 3–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, strong MS SQL proficiency, hands-on Power BI dashboard development, advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills, analytical and communication abilities. Good to Have: Experience with DAX and basic to intermediate Python. Preferred Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field with strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
