Role Summary: Lead workforce planning, forecasting, budgeting, scheduling, capacity planning, and real-time workforce operations. Manage a team of Workforce Planners responsible for forecasting transaction volumes and optimizing staffing levels. Coordinate with stakeholders to provide workforce insights, maintain employee rosters, improve payroll efficiency, optimize labor costs, enhance attendance tracking, and automate workforce reporting. Ensure operational agility through effective workforce management systems. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (preferably Mathematics or Statistics), 5–7+ years of workforce management experience, expertise in forecasting, scheduling, capacity planning, reporting, workforce management tools, statistical analysis, MS Office, project management, leadership, coaching, and communication.
