US/ Canada Recruiter - Mohali Onsite || Night Shift

Job Title: Jr. Recruiter – Non-IT (US Staffing). Key Responsibilities: Responsible for full life cycle recruiting including direct sourcing, preliminary phone interviews, salary negotiations, and compensation discussions. Source, screen, interview candidates, conduct reference checks, and maintain job board updates. Recruit using internet job portals, candidate referrals, and sourcing techniques. Screen candidates based on job descriptions, technical knowledge, functional skills, and communication abilities. Regularly follow up with candidates from first contact until offer rollout. Coordinate salary expectations, counter offers, employee benefits, and interview scheduling. Perform candidate reference verification to ensure authenticity. Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory. 0–1 year experience in BPO/KPO (internship/training acceptable). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook). Willingness to work EST/PST night shifts. Eagerness to learn US Staffing processes, sourcing techniques, and compliance requirements.
