Roles and Responsibilities
Handle customer calls, emails, and chats to provide excellent customer service.
Resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Work on blended processes for international voice support operations.
Provide voice processing services for various clients across different time zones.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Desired Candidate Profile
0-1 year of experience in BPO or call center environment preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent communication skills with strong English language proficiency required.
Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as per business needs.
