Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive / Data Analyst to manage business data, generate reports, analyze trends, and support decision-making across departments. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent proficiency in Excel, and the ability to transform raw data into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities * Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. * Analyze business data and generate actionable insights for management. * Create dashboards, reports, and performance trackers. * Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems. * Monitor sales, recruitment, operational, and business performance metrics. * Develop and maintain Excel-based reports and automated trackers. * Extract, clean, and organize large datasets for analysis. * Collaborate with different teams to understand reporting requirements. * Present findings and recommendations through reports and presentations. * Support management with ad-hoc data analysis requests. Required Skills * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced Excel preferred). * Knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards, and data validation. * Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting. * Strong numerical and analytical skills. * Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability. * Good communication and presentation skills. Preferred Skills * Experience with Google Sheets and reporting tools. * Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools is an advantage. * Understanding of CRM and database management systems. * Familiarity with SQL is a plus. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Applications, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in MIS, Reporting, Data Analysis, or a similar role.
