Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to oversee day-to-day HR operations while driving recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to leadership while ensuring efficient execution of HR processes and employee lifecycle management. Key Responsibilities * Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes. * Oversee daily HR operations and employee lifecycle activities. * Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development. * Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance management initiatives. * Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices. * Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management. * Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee experience programs. * Maintain HR records, reports, and documentation. * Develop and implement HR policies and process improvements. * Foster a positive and growth-oriented workplace culture. Requirements * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in HRBP, HR Generalist, or similar HR leadership role. * Strong experience in recruitment and stakeholder management. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. * Strong understanding of HR operations, compliance, and employee relations. * Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. * Proficiency in HRMS and recruitment tools is preferred.
