Vice President Production (Tyre) - Vadodara

Lead and oversee end-to-end plant operations including Production, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, and EHS. Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining high standards of quality and productivity. Develop and implement strategies to improve manufacturing efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize resource utilization. Drive Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, statutory, and regulatory requirements. Monitor plant performance through KPIs and implement corrective actions where required. Manage plant budgets, operational costs, and capital expenditure. Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams to build a high-performance culture. Coordinate with corporate functions including Procurement, Planning, HR, Finance, and Sales to ensure smooth operations. Drive customer satisfaction through timely production and consistent product quality. Handle audits, customer visits, and regulatory inspections.
