As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, you will drive innovative practices into delivery and bring depth of expertise to various engagements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with clients to gather requirements, analyzing business needs, and implementing technology best practices. You will be sought out for your expertise, enhancing Accenture's reputation in the marketplace while shaping strategies that bring emerging ideas to life. Your role will require fluid communication skills and a strong understanding of both technical and business aspects, allowing you to work directly with clients in a trusted advisor capacity. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable impact. - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote best practices within the team. Professional & Technical Skills: Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks. -Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and tangible value realization. - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Cloud. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Fiori and SAP S/4HANA. - Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and practices. - Experience in developing and deploying applications in a cloud environment. - Proficient in debugging and troubleshooting SAP applications. Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Cloud.
