Role & responsibilities\n\nJob Description Field Sales Team Leader\nDepartment: Tele Sales Field\nDesignation: Team Leader / Senior Team Leader\nLocation: Home Credit - Jaipur / Jodhpur Office\nWorking Days: 6 days a week\nWeek Off: Rotational\nCompensation Salary: 35000 40000 (CTC) Incentives: 15,000 20,000 (Average monthly, performance-based)\nRole Overview\nKey Responsibilities Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 15–20 field sales agents Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of sales targets.\nPrepare and maintain rosters (shift planning) for the team Track and control shrinkage and attrition within the team.\nProvide on-ground support and coaching to improve productivity Conduct regular team meetings, reviews, and performance feedback sessions.\nEnsure process compliance and adherence to company policies Manage daily reporting and maintain data accuracy.\nDrive team engagement and maintain a positive work culture.\nEligibility Criteria:\nMinimum 1 year of on-paper experience as a Team Leader in Sales / Field Sales.\nExperience in handling a team in a tele sales or field sales environment Basic knowledge of: Attrition Management Shrinkage Control Roster Planning Strong leadership and team management skills.\nGood communication and interpersonal skills Target-driven and result-oriented mindset.\nPreferred Skills Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines Problem-solving and decision-making skills Experience in BFSI or similar sales industry is an advantage Work Environment Field + office-based role Fast-paced and target-driven environment Opportunity for growth into senior leadership roles
