Job description
Manage end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT positions including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting the hiring process. Source candidates through Naukri and other recruitment channels, conduct resume screening and initial candidate assessments, coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers, maintain candidate pipelines, ensure timely communication with applicants, and support recruitment documentation. Work closely with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and close positions within timelines. Immediate joiners preferred. Candidates should have 1–3 years of experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment with hands-on expertise in Naukri sourcing, talent acquisition, candidate screening, interview coordination, and end-to-end recruitment.
