Job description
Drive residential real estate sales by achieving monthly revenue targets and managing the complete customer sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Handle inquiries generated through digital marketing platforms, educate buyers about company offerings, understand customer requirements, and recommend suitable residential properties based on investment needs. Develop and maintain relationships with developers, investors, HNI clients, and end customers while conducting engagement meetings, property presentations, negotiations, and consultations on market conditions, pricing, and investment opportunities. Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property values, coordinate with the CRM team for seamless after-sales service, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Build trust with clients through excellent communication, personalized service, problem-solving, and professional integrity while consistently achieving sales targets. Candidates should possess strong sales acumen, business development skills, negotiation, HNI client handling, direct sales, field sales, real estate sales, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills. Must own a bike or car with a valid driving license and be willing to travel for client meetings.
