Job description
Work in the Direct Marketing (B2C) channel by engaging directly with customers using company-provided leads to promote and sell life insurance products. This role does not involve agency recruitment or hiring advisors. Responsibilities include making daily cold calls to the client database, fixing customer appointments, conducting 2–3 face-to-face meetings each day across the assigned city, explaining life insurance products and financial solutions based on customer needs, handling documentation, completing policy sales, maintaining daily sales activity reports, tracking productivity, and consistently achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
