Job description
Work as a Field Sales Representative responsible for developing sales strategies, acquiring new customers, and achieving business targets for insurance products. Generate sales through company leads, natural market, references, and orphan customer base. Conduct customer meetings to perform need analysis, explain suitable insurance products, and follow the Need-Based Selling Model. Upsell and cross-sell products to existing customers, ensure timely policy issuance by resolving pending cases, provide prompt post-sales service, maintain customer engagement, and achieve persistency targets. Collaborate with supervisors through joint sales calls, forecast sales, develop effective sales strategies, evaluate their success, build long-term customer relationships, research prospects, generate leads, expand the client database, and maintain compliance with Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies including protecting confidential information and reporting security incidents. Preferred candidates should have sales experience in insurance or DSAs, strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal and computer skills, with the ability to consistently achieve sales quotas.
