Job description
Department: Marketing. Designation: Assistant Sales Manager. Qualification: Minimum Graduation. Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with team handling preferred. Roles and Responsibilities: Recruit an adequate number of Sales Executives (SEs) as per office requirements. Train Sales Executives for business across different verticals in consultation with the Territory Manager (TM) and channel partners where applicable. Plan, guide, monitor, and support the team of Sales Executives to achieve business procurement and revenue targets. Generate leads directly and procure business across multiple business verticals to achieve assigned revenue goals. Maintain accurate records of business leads, sales pipeline, and procured business, and submit regular reports to the Territory Manager. Obtain and maintain all statutory qualifications and certifications required for conducting business as prescribed by the company. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and statutory guidelines by self and the Sales Executive team. Implement all instructions and directives issued by the Corporate Office and Territory Manager. Deliver prompt and effective after-sales service and assist customers in grievance redressal. Conduct weekly, fortnightly, and monthly business reviews with the Territory Manager to monitor progress and improve performance against assigned targets.
