Job description
Job Title: Project Manager. The Interior Design Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end project management including planning, budgeting, execution, and timely delivery of residential interior projects. Responsibilities include managing residential interior site execution, budgeting, planning, and resource allocation, coordinating with design, procurement, estimation, and vendor teams, ensuring projects are completed within quality standards and committed timelines, handling client communication and escalations, managing multiple projects simultaneously, verifying material billing, checking quotations, reviewing technical specifications, reading and interpreting 2D drawings, taking site measurements, and monitoring project execution. Candidate should have experience in residential interiors and modular kitchens, knowledge of AutoCAD, understanding of 2D and 3D drawings, material billing, quotation verification, technical documentation, and strong project management, communication, and presentation skills. Good command of English is required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Ability to manage 3-4 projects simultaneously is expected.
