**Senior Software Developer** **About the role** We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of high‑performance web and mobile applications. You will mentor junior engineers, collaborate with product and design teams, and drive technical excellence across the stack. **Key Responsibilities** - Architect and develop scalable, secure, and maintainable codebases in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java. - Review pull requests, enforce coding standards, and conduct code‑quality audits. - Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning. - Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA to deliver features on time. - Optimize application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and implement monitoring solutions. - Contribute to architecture decisions, technology evaluations, and process improvements. **Required Qualifications / Skills** - 5+ years of professional software development experience. - Proficiency in at least one modern backend framework (Node.js, Django, Spring) and frontend framework (React, Angular, Vue). - Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, RESTful APIs, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). - Excellent problem‑solving skills, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. **Nice to Have** - Prior experience in a startup or high‑growth environment. - Familiarity with GraphQL, serverless architectures, or real‑time data streaming. - Contributions to open‑source projects or public code repositories.
