Job description
Lead execution and site supervision of mechanical and electrical utility services for a large marine infrastructure project located approximately 70 km from Visakhapatnam. Responsibilities include supervising fresh water supply, sewage and sullage systems, fire-fighting systems, HVAC, electrical distribution, substations, low-pressure air systems, and communication networks. Review shop drawings, vendor drawings, technical submittals, method statements, installation procedures, contractor bills, testing and commissioning activities, and ensure compliance with approved specifications and industry standards. Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and design teams while maintaining project documentation, safety, quality, and timely execution. Candidates should possess extensive experience in utility services, marine infrastructure, site management, and multidisciplinary construction leadership.
