Job description
Kotak Mahindra Asset Management Company is hiring Sales Trainees (Off Roll) for Ajmer and Jodhpur locations. The role involves engaging with distributors such as IFAs, banks, and national distributors to drive mutual fund sales, managing corporate clients and direct sales activities, developing new client relationships, strengthening existing accounts, interacting with senior decision-makers, and conducting relationship management and brand-building initiatives. Candidates should have basic knowledge of mutual fund products, strong communication skills, be comfortable with field sales, and preferably possess NISM Certification (Module V-A). Graduates and postgraduates with 0–3 years of experience are eligible to apply.
