Job description
HDFC Life is hiring Direct BCSS professionals to manage customer relationships, provide pre- and post-sales support, and achieve life insurance sales targets through leads generated by branch operations and call center teams. Responsibilities include meeting assigned sales and product mix targets, assisting customers with policy servicing and claim settlements, ensuring business quality and policy renewals, and conducting regular customer meetings to achieve consistent sales performance. Candidates should have at least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in BFSI, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Graduates are preferred, while undergraduates with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience are also eligible.
