The role involves achieving monthly business targets, driving gold loan sales through effective branch relationship management, identifying new business opportunities, upselling and cross-selling financial products, conducting regular branch visits, monitoring sales performance, resolving operational issues, and collaborating with Branch Managers to ensure successful execution of sales strategies. Candidates should have at least 10 years of relevant experience, strong team handling and retail lending expertise, and be above 35 years of age. The position offers a monthly salary of up to ₹60,000 along with quarterly incentives and yearly bonuses.
