Job description
Radiant Indus Chem is hiring Production Executives to supervise food manufacturing operations, ensuring product quality, quantity, and adherence to standard recipes and production processes. Responsibilities include monitoring raw materials, maintaining quality parameters, overseeing production, filling and packaging, minimizing wastage, optimizing plant and manpower utilization, maintaining hygiene and food safety standards, completing production documentation, training production staff, and contributing to continuous improvement of the Food Safety Management System. Candidates should hold a B.Tech in Food Technology/Food Engineering or a B.Sc in Food Technology, with experience in food manufacturing. Exposure to culinary sauces, tomato ketchup, jams, squashes, and related food products is preferred.
