Job description
Antier Solutions is hiring a Web3 Fundraising Lead to develop and execute fundraising strategies for blockchain and Web3 initiatives. The role involves identifying and building relationships with investors, venture capitalists, DAOs, and strategic partners, leading investor pitches and negotiations, preparing financial models, managing due diligence processes, collaborating with executive leadership and product teams, representing the company at industry events, and driving decentralized fundraising initiatives such as token sales, DAOs, and crowdfunding. Candidates should have strong knowledge of blockchain, Web3 ecosystems, DeFi, NFTs, token economics, and investor relations.
